Kosinski, age 81; beloved husband of Jeanine T. nee Oszust; loving father of Mary Annette (Jay) Klein, Edmund (Theresa) Kosinski and Raymond (Margie) Kosinski; fond grandfather of Sheila and Julie Klein, and Hailey, Andrew, Claire, Stefanie and Nichole Kosinski; dear brother-in-law of Caroline (Fred) Medina and the late Marja Oszust; dear cousin of Jerzy (Ewa) Wiatr and Zofia (Iwo) Bialynicki-Birula of Warsaw, Poland; uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Mr. Kosinski was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of James J. Zientek Post 419 American Legion.

Henry was a member of Polish National Alliance Lodge 2927, AARP Chapter 4720 and NBG Club.
