Urrutia (Jacqui Osborne), Monique "Mona" Garcia and Angelique "Angel" Urrutia. Cherished Aunt of Antoinette "Netti", Dominique "Nikki", Jennifer, Edward, Justin, and Jonathan. Fond Niece, Cousin, and Friend of many. Family and friends will gather Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at the Wolniak Funeral Home 5700 S. Pulaski Rd. Chicago, IL. 60629 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Chapel Service 7:00 pm. Interment Private.
