(late Rosemary), Barbara Guziak formerly Hernandez, and Daniel (Edwina)- cherished "Nana" of 11, great-grandmother of 20 and great-great-grandmother of 3.""Mrs. Guziak was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church Golden Agers.
