"Giving and loving mother, Colleen Dissette, passed away on Sunday February 26, 2023, at the age of 44 surrounded by loved ones after suffering a brain aneurysm. Her life did not come to an end with death as she was able to prolong another life through Gift of Hope.

She was born to Carmen and (late Benard) Dissette February 1, 1979. After meeting her beloved lifetime partner John Arger, together, they had 2 children Johnny age 9 and Jax age 5.

Colleen is survived by Shirley (Jack) Steffenhagen, Marlene (Bill) McKinney, Robert (Allison) Lawrence, William (Marylin) Dissette, Bernard (Wendy) Dissette and Lisa (late John Ginino) Dissette. She was a fond aunt of many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews as well as a cousin and friend to many.

Visitation will be held Saturday March 4, 2023, from 3:00PM to 8:00PM at Wolniak Funerial Home, 5700 South Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL. The Chapel Service will be held at 7PM. The cremation will be held privately."
