Elvia G. Mosqueda, beloved daughter of Carmen Guzman and Elvira G. Perez, was born in Yuriria, Guanajuato, on November 13, 1947. She passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Elvia is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Jesus Mosqueda, her children Hector, Edgar (Cheryl), Corina (Jose), nephew Elias Jr., and her six cherished grandchildren: Armando, Victoria, Sebastian, Nicolette, Nia, and Noemi. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose warmth and generosity touched countless lives.

Elvia will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering love and pride in her grandchildren, her joyous spirit on the dance floor, and her remarkable resiliency. A two-time cancer survivor, Elvia faced every challenge with courage and grace, fighting heart disease until her final day.

Her life was a testament to strength, faith, and love—a legacy that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

In honor of Elvia's memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association, two organizations that had a profound impact on her life.
