Funeral Monday 9:00 am from the WOLNIAK FUNERAL HOME, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd.,

to St. Nicholas  of Tolentine Church, 3741 W. 62 ^nd Street, Chicago, IL  for Mass at 10:00 am.

Interment St. Mary Cemetery.

Visitation Sunday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
