Burke II and Patrick Burke; dear daughter of the late Oscar Lee Carter Jr. and the late Irene Ann Carter (nee Luka); dear sister of Cathy (Mike) Fugate, Ron (Judy Zukas)Carter and Jeffrey (Lucy) Carter; fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews. Retired employee of the Chicago Department of Aviation Police.
