Visitation Sunday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Monday 9:00 am from the WOLNIAK FUNERAL HOME, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Claire de Monte Falco Church for Mass at 10:00 am. Entombment Resurrection Garden Mausoleum.
