Visitation Friday 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the WOLNIAK FUNERAL HOME 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., Chicago, IL.  Lying in state Saturday 9:00 am until 10:15 am with Mass at 10:30 am at St. Philomena Church 1921 N. Kedvale Ave., Chicago, IL.  Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
