Michael R. Kubiak
October 4, 1962 – January 4, 2024

Michael Richard Kubiak; Beloved husband of Pamela Kim Kubiak (Zimmerman); loving Dad of Megan (William) Murphy, Katie (Matthew Allen) Kubiak, Matthew Kubiak, Erin (Travis Penniman) Kubiak; devoted Grampy to Noah, Holly, Lucas and grandson-to-be Milo; loving son of the late Robert L. Kubiak and the late Shirley A. Kubiak (Selintus). Michael will also be fondly remembered as a caring brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. He was born in Chicago and grew up in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. He attended St. Joseph School and St. Rita High School. He was a dedicated worker at United Parcel Service (UPS) for 40 years, but he believed his greatest accomplishment was being a loving, caring, and involved father and grandfather. His children and grandchildren brought him great joy and meant the world to him. Michael was taken too soon and will be forever missed for his sense of humor, his quick wit, his dedication to his family, and his unfaltering work ethic.
