Patricia Pavlica, beloved mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully on 8/27/2025 at the age of 79.

Daughter of the late John and Francis Cervak, mother to Frank Pavlica and his wife Cheryl. Patricia was a proud and loving grandmother to Zachary Pavlica and Michelle (Andrew) Jackiw.
