Beloved wife of the late Jan Rzadkowski.

Loving mother of  Urszula (Tadeusz) Pazdan, Mark Rzadkowski, Peter Rzadkowski and Joanna Bohm.

Fond grandmother of Arthur (Andra Weber) Pazdan, Tom (Amanda) Pazdan, Itala Rzadkowski, Michael Rzadkowski, Peter (Dana) Rzadkowski Jr., Christopher Bohm and Alexander Bohm.

Great grandmother of Lucy Pazdan , Wyatt Pazdan and Peter Rzadkowski III.

Dearly loved by brothers and sisters.

Cousin and Friend of many.

Funeral Saturday December 30, 2017 at 11:15 am from the WOLNIAK FUNERAL HOME, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., to Five Holy Martyrs Church for Mass at 12:00 pm.

Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation Saturday December 30, 2017 at 9:00 am until time of service at 11:15 am.
