Cherished grandfather of Colleen (Kyle) Condon, Deanne (Doug) McKenna, Katie (Ricky) Kohler, Kerry, Michael, William H. III (Nicole), Lt. Kevin U.S. Army, Daniel (fiancee Kelly Stewart), Kimberley, Christine, Tricia, Meghan, and Kaylee. Proud Great-Grandfather of Colin, Claire, Shane, Benjamin, and Gavin. During WWII Bill was a flight engineer flying 43 missions over the Himalaya Mountains traveling from India to China, carrying high octane gasoline. These missions were called "flying coffin missions" due to their dangerous nature. Bill was retired 2nd generation co-owner of Henry Bros. Co. who built many Catholic churches and schools throughout the Archdiocese of Chicago. Most of all, Bill was a man of strong faith! In lieu of flowers, please pray the rosary.
